I just wanted to say a big thank you to Club McCarthy for your emergency household assistance. My geyser started leaking on Sunday night at 09h00 pm, called you guys, and within 15-20 minutes I was put through to a tele-conference with a plumber who gave me peace of mind on how to stop the geyser until the next morning, at my request.
At 08h00 the next morning, as promised, the plumber was here and in a jiffy had the part replaced and working again. We had such hail and rain damage and have been battling with our home insurance for weeks, Club McCarthy was quick, effortless and I did not have any worries about large payments for labour, it was all taken care of.
I might not use my card often, but for the amount I pay each month, the peace of mind when something goes wrong, is well worth the deal!
