Where do I find my membership number?
Your membership number is printed on your membership card. Lost or misplaced your card? Call us on 0861 293 329 and we'll send you a new one right away!
Do I need a Facebook account to access discount vouchers?
No, but we recommend it, as it will make it a lot easier to stay up to date with our new discounts and specials! Need help setting up a Facebook account? Follow these simple steps.
How do I redeem a barcode or printed voucher?

How many vouchers can I print?
As many as you want, however, there is a limit to how many you can redeem per store, per day. For more information, please go here.
Can I redeem multiple vouchers at the same store, on the same day?
No, there is a limit to how many vouchers you can redeem in a day. To find out more, see our terms and conditions page.
Do I need to show my membership card at checkout to receive the store discount?
Yes, you will need to have your membership card with you to claim your discount. Your membership card serves as proof that you are an active, legitimate club member.
What if I don't have a voucher but show my club card at checkout, do I still qualify for discount?
No, you will need to have either a printed voucher or a MMS barcoded voucher to claim your discount. Each voucher has a unique barcode linked to a discount. The discount can only be redeemed upon scanning.
I WAS a Club McCarthy member, do I qualify for voucher discounts?
No, you will have to renew your Club McCarthy membership in order to qualify for discount.
